In this short video we are going to do a guided meditation to open and activate and balance your crown chakra

1. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed for a while. Sit in a cross-legged position or any comfortable sitting position.

3. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your mind and body. Let go of any tension or negative thoughts.

4. Visualize a beautiful ball of radiant violet or white light above your head. Imagine this light expanding and enveloping your entire body, filling you with pure light and positive energy.

5. Bring your attention to the top of your head, where the crown chakra is located. Visualize an opening at the crown of your head, like a blossoming flower or a lotus with a thousand petals.

6 Imagine a beam of divine light entering through the opening of your crown chakra. Feel this light gradually filling your entire being with love, peace, and spiritual energy. Allow yourself to be open and receptive to this divine energy.

7As the energy flows into your crown chakra, affirm silently or out loud, "I am connected to the Divine. I trust the wisdom of the Universe. I am open to higher guidance and insights."

8 Stay in this state for a few minutes, continuing to focus on the flow of divine energy through your crown chakra. Feel a sense of connection and alignment with your higher self and the cosmic energy around you.
