This is a spearfishing trip out of the Florida Keys. We are taking a boat out of Tavernier to be specific. I drove down from Key Largo. The goal of this spearfishing trip was to target black grouper and big pelagic fish off a wreck in deeper water

I have never done a whole mutton snapper catch and cook on the grill. In this fishing episode I blacken the whole mutton snapper and throw him on the Trager pellet grill. While I'm grilling Hurricane Ian decides to blow by

This is a great way to cook snapper! A whole fish catch n cook doesn't leave much meat wasted as you can pick the skeleton of the fish until there's no meat left! What a great fish catch and cook recipe
