TORNADO Uncovers Civil War Battlefield Relic - Metal Detecting Is our latest History Seekers Episode. We travel to South Alabama near the Fort Blakeley Battlefield for an adventure exploring the woods and swamps in search of relics and other lost buried treasure. While we are normally chasing History, on this trip we found ourselves also documenting strong thunderstorms and tornados as amateur storm chasers. We were shocked at finding a relic that had been uncovered during the tornado. During this video, we were using the Minelab Equinox 800 metal detector, XP DEUS, and the Teknetics T2.
