CHICKEN PRETZEL SANDWICH WITH APPLE COLESLAW

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHICKEN MIX
1 marinated Chicken Breast cut into cubes – Pan fried on high heat with no oil.
1 chopped Green Onions
¼ of finely chopped Red Peppers
¼ of a finely chopped small Cucumber
Add a pinch of Black Pepper
A teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
2 – 3 table spoons of Mayonnaise or Salad Dressings
Mix all the ingredients well.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE COLESLAW
¼ grated Granny Smith Apple – or any green apple
¼ grated Carrot (large carrot)
A small portion of Cabbage cut in very thin slices – twice the amount of the two previous ingredients.
1 table spoon of Oil
¼ teaspoon of Salt
2 table spoons of Mayo or Salad Dressing
Add a pinch of Black Pepper
Add a pinch of Lime Juice
Mix the salad well.

OTHER INGREDIENTS
2 Pretzel Bun cut in half
4 slices of Emmental Cheese
