NO TOMATOES – FIVE CHEESE LASAGNAS

INGREDIENTS

BEEF MARINATE

1 lbs ground beef
1 pack of MacDonald’s Spicy Habanero Sauce
4 packs of MacDonalds’ ketchup packs
½ of a small onion
2 garlic cloves
2 green onions
1 small yellow pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
A pinch of black pepper
1 table spoon of Kaymak (or Sour cream)

LASAGNA LAYER

1 pack of gluten free lasagnas pasta
2 table spoons Kaymak
1 table spoon Sour cream
2 table spoons cup cottage cheese
1 table spoon grass-fed butter
150 grams of 3 yr old cheddar
150 grams of Swiss Gruyère
150 grams Swiss Emmental
100 - 150 grams of Canadian Feta
2 eggs
1 cup of water & mix with 1 tablespoon English Double Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate the beef overnight if possible. Or marinate and leave in the refrigerator for an hour before cooking.
Cook the ground beef on high heat on the stove top. Do not over cook the ground beef.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat at 350 degrees for 30 mins
Bake at 350 degrees 35 - 40 minutes
Grill on High for 3 - 5 mins or until golden brown
