7 Cheese Beef Nachos’

INGREDIENTS

BEEF MARINATE

½ lb ground beef
½ of an onion
½ teaspoon salt
1 small red pepper
1 small yellow pepper
3 green onions
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
1 table spoon sour cream

NACHO LAYERS

½ bag of Tortilla Chips
50 grams of Danish Blue
100 grams Swiss Gruyère
100 grams of Dutch Edam
100 grams Swiss Emmental
100 grams New Zealand Grass Fed Cheddar
100 grams Provolone
100 grams Bergeron

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate the beef overnight if possible. Or marinate and leave in the refrigerator for an hour before cooking.
Cook the ground beef on high heat on the stove top. Do not over cook the ground beef.

Use a flat oven pan that you can easily layout the Tortillas. Cover with parchment paper, then start laying out the tortilla chips to cover the bottom.
Add some cooked ground beef, then cheese, then Tortilla chips. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat at for 30 mins
Bake for 5 -6 mins, then grill for another 3-5 minutes until all the cheese are melted and the tortillas are slightly brown. Then serve.
