We are very awake in the knowing of who we really are as aspects of Source, and when you are in the presence of beings who know this, that knowing does rub off on each individual. That means it is better for you to put yourself in the company of those who hold that knowing to be a truth and not a belief, and that is why people have sought a guru, or several gurus, throughout the course of their lives. These transmissions are not just about giving you teachings, spiritual practices or information. They are about giving you an attunement first and foremost. They are about being a reminder to all of you of who you really are as Source Energy Beings who are pretending to be human beings. You are essentially having a human experience, while also buying into the performance completely. You are method actors, playing your roles as perfectly as you possibly can, and we are no longer performing. We are continuing to remember completely who and what we really and offering that energetic transmission to anyone and everyone who is also interested in having that experience. Now, not everyone is. Some people, whether they know it or not, are still playing with this idea of self as one who is just a simple human being, and people need to do that in order to have very specific experiences. So when you wonder why so and so hasn’t awakened yet, and you think it is because you just haven’t been able to get through to them, think again. That soul still wants to have that experience, and has not awakened within the dream yet in order to give itself that particular human experience that can only be had in the asleep state. But you must be true to yourselves, and you must be true to your purpose there on Earth, and because we know you are awake spiritually, we can tell you that one of your biggest missions there on Earth is to just hold that knowing of who you really are, and then be in the presence of others who have yet to access that knowing within themselves for whatever reasons they have. Do not worry about them, because everyone will be all right, and everyone’s soul has experiences planned for them that will awaken them. Once you have had certain experiences enough, and you have gotten everything that you needed from those experiences, then there is no point in continuing to have the experience. Let’s give you an example. Let’s say you were bullied as a child, and it affected your self esteem, your anxiety levels, and there is a lot of anger inside of you as a result of that bullying. Now, as an adult, you can still walk around in fear and anxiety about someone intimidating you, or oppressing you in some way, but if you deal with your trauma from your youth, you will not create that experience for yourself again. Therefore, it is good for you to recognize what you are carrying around in terms of fear, anxiety, anger, and so on, and it is good for you to release them by allowing yourselves to feel those energies, those emotions, moving through you. And then you can forgive the others who bullied you, and then you can release the fear and anxiety that you will be picked on in some way again, and then you will not attract those souls to you who will agree to play the role of your adult bully, because you will not need them to do that anymore. And then, you can start to make decisions about the types of people you do want to associate with and the types of people you do want to be around, and you can, and you can let their knowing of who they really are rub off on you and give you the attunements that you desire. We all want to hold that knowing of who we really are as much as possible, and we all can if we make the choices necessary to fully remember who we really are all the time, not just when the circumstances are perfect. And from where we sit, that’s where you all are right now. We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”

We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. You have so much yet to be accessed within you, and yet, so many of you are looking outside of yourselves for what you think you want and think you need. If you spend just a little bit of your time throughout your day relaxing and rooting around inside yourselves, you will find that you have answers, you have gifts, you have so much more to express through yourself, and the world is waiting for what it is that you have to offer. You are readying yourselves in every moment of every day for what is to come next. You are coming to a time where you will absolutely know that you create your reality and that you contain everything you need within you to do so. And we, and others like us, are just here to remind you of these truths. When we tell you to go within and seek for whatever it is you desire, what we mean is that what you desire is a state of being. You desire the sense of satisfaction and fulfillment that you think will come from accomplishing something, from winning something or from getting a certain amount of money in your bank account, but those experiences are available to you right now, even before those things happen, and they are available to you whether or not those things ever do happen, and that is the great secret of this universe of ours. Everything that you could possibly experience from something happening outside of you is available to you right now inside of you, and you get there by focusing within and feeling for what it is that you have always sought. Now, it is also true that in doing so, you will then create and manifest that which you want to experience physically, and you will still be able to enjoy it. You will still be able to experience all of the excitement, all of the enthusiasm that you ever had for that experience. Nothing is ever taken from you by first acknowledging that everything already exists within you. In fact, you just make the process of manifestation that much easier on yourselves, and that too is something that you are moving towards all the time. You are moving towards a time when there will be instant manifestation, where you will never have to wait for anything at all to become physical in your experience, and you are certainly honing those abilities right now by making it necessary for yourselves to do this work before you will have something that you can hold in your hands in the physical realm. But beyond manifestation there is a satisfaction in knowing that you can bring yourself into a feeling state like no other that you have ever experienced before, simply by going within and tuning yourself to that vibration. Yes, you can use visualization, and you can visualize yourself having all the things and the experiences that you want to have, but you don’t even need to go to those places in your mind’s eye in order to access the vibration, the state of being, that you seek. You can go right to that sensation in your body by holding the desire within you to feel the way that you want to feel and by acknowledging that you contain all energy and all vibration within yourselves right now. And when you can do that, you have the keys to the kingdom, the world truly is your oyster, and you will find yourself walking amongst your fellow humans as the master and the teacher, the example, that you always intended to be in this beautiful lifetime of ascension. You have awakened, and this is one of the truths that you have awakened to – you have everything inside of you all the time, and it’s just waiting for you to unpack it. We wish you could see your light, your beauty, and how well you are all doing in your evolution. Many of you reading this are rare on your earth. There are few who truly understand themselves as vibrational beings, and those who do are still challenged to overcome the old three-dimensional conditioning. Many of you are the first generation to shift your understanding of the nature of reality. You are breaking new ground upon your earth by remembering how you intended to live before you came. You are, by example, helping others learn that life can be kinder and easier than most were led to believe. As you embrace the 5D paradigm of calibrating your energy to an outcome and acting only in a joyful flow (rather than the 3D paradigm of using effort alone), you will see things come to you in miraculous ways. Others will want to know what you are doing and why your lives are working more easily. While you are learning to embrace this new paradigm, there will still be challenges along the way, as the old habits of thought conflict with your new understandings. There will be times when try as you may, it is difficult to focus on something pleasant. Love yourself anyway, as you are, for even choosing to love yourself when you feel less than loving will raise your vibration. The past few years have driven all of you deeper into your hearts. That is why so many of you are suddenly intolerant of things you once settled for. So many of you are reconnecting with people who nourish your spirits and disconnecting from those who don't. Many of you are picking up new hobbies or getting rid of old commitments. There is a huge movement upon your planet, although not widely acknowledged, to dive deeper into your hearts and live more authentic lives. When, in a given moment, you are living in alignment with your heart and soul, you will feel energized, hopeful, or happy. When you are not in alignment, it is easy to feel sad or angry. When your flow is guiding you to act gently, and you try to "push the river," you'll feel the exhaustion of going against a current of love that is trying to help you achieve all your desires in a kind and loving way. When you are in alignment, feeling your feelings, accepting and loving yourself through them, you'll feel amazing. What you call "miracles" will flow to you. Honoring your own personal flow of love is the most joyous feeling in the world. Resisting it is becoming more and more of a challenge. This fast flow of love is also why so many on your planet are angry as of late. It is difficult in this fast-moving current to ignore or stuff your feelings. Those who have stuffed feelings for a lifetime are experiencing emotional "eruptions" as their hearts begin to awaken. For those who are aware of the value of their feelings, these emotional outbursts provide clarity and guidance that help them move back toward a path of greater joy. For others, these feelings are upsetting as they look around and see they are not yet where they want to be. For still others, the feelings are so upsetting that they look for someone or something to blame, often trying to find company in their unhappy state of being. In all cases, your feelings tell you one and only one thing — how close or far you are from alignment with your heart, your soul, and the loving flow that guides you. Those who aim their anger at you "know not what they do." They don't yet understand that their anger is a result of their own misalignment. It is easier to blame someone else for unpleasant feelings. It takes more work to admit that the upset occurs because someone or something has made it difficult for you to focus in a way that feels like love. When you are upset, the quickest way out is to refocus on something or someone or some thought that feels more like love. When someone aims their upset at you, or when you witness unthinkable behaviors around you, you still get to decide how much power to give them. You get to choose where and what you place your focus upon. As you refocus on something that feels better, the unkind or unthinkable behaviors become irrelevant to you. What matters more is focusing on anything that feels like love. Here, you will find not only your joy, your guidance, and your solutions, but in this vibration, you will also contribute to a better and more peaceful world. You can more effectively handle the situations and people in your life from a place of feeling good than when you allow them to manipulate your feelings or actions with lower behaviors. You can more effectively solve the world's problems in a vibration of loving solutions. You can more easily feel the presence of your dear ones in spirit when you reach for the vibration of love that they live within. This fast-moving flow is also why many of you vacillate between incredible energy and passion at times and sheer exhaustion at others. When aligned with your heart, you will feel boundless energy. Fighting your natural impulse to feel good will be exhausting. Criticizing yourself or others causes resistance to love and will also tire you. The key to being re-energized is simpler than most think. Listen to your body. It has great wisdom. Listen to your mind when you receive an impulse to do something pleasant. Listen to your emotions and see them as barometers guiding you to a path of love. Something as simple as listening to your body and taking a nap can rejuvenate you and make your whole day flow more easily. Something as simple as craving a certain food and going to get it for dinner may give you the exact nutrients your body is calling for. The urge to explore a new hobby might lead you to the person you wanted to meet, or calling a person that pops into your mind might lead you to an answer you seek. We guide you always, along the kindest path. When you listen to your heart you are close to that path. When you feel good, you are on that path. When you feel upset at anything or anyone, you're having a temporary wobble. The moment you refocus on something that feels better, you'll be back on track and receive our loving impulses. Despite current appearances, your world is moving towards greater love. There are many growing pains as people find their hearts coming to the surface as never before. So many don't know what to do with the strong feelings. But you do. You know they tell you a great deal about whether or not you are aligned with your heart, soul, and guidance. Give yourselves permission to feel good even when life is not as you wish, when people are not as you wish, and even when someone has been unkind to you. You need not join those in denser vibrations. You can, instead, choose a happier train of thought and, in so doing, grant yourself the freedom to live in a vibration of love. We know that you are struggling at times to maintain a higher vibration, and we also know that you do not always see the connection between your vibration and what you are creating and manifesting in your experience. But if you look at your current state of life circumstances, and you ask yourself what the general tone is of those life circumstances, you can usually find your current vibration within them. In other words, you can tell what you have been vibrating by the unique circumstances of your life experience in any given moment. Now, you don’t have to look at the circumstances of your life and conclude that all is now lost. You can always now turn it around, and one of the ways that you do turn it around is by changing the way you feel about your current life circumstances. And so, you can begin to vibrate at a higher frequency simply by looking at the world around you from a different perspective, through a different lens. You can choose to be in a higher-vibrational state by choosing how you are looking at the people in your life, at the finances of your current accounts, and at your job, your neighbors, your health, your body, and anything else that you might be looking at and wondering where everything went wrong. Now, as you change your perspective, you immediately change what you are looking at. Therefore, you can experience the power of the vibration you are offering immediately. You may not change it in a way that is very noticeable to you in that moment, but if you continue to hold that vibration and you don’t give up, you will experience the changes that you want to see in the outside world. You change you, and you change everything outside of you. It is just that simple. Now you might be wondering, ‘How do I change the way I am looking at something when the thing I am looking at is so detestable?’ Well, first of all, you can accept it as a challenge to do so. You can acknowledge that everything was made by Source and of Source, and therefore, everything is God and everything is Love, no matter how it might look, or feel, or smell to you. Therefore, you can begin the journey there, and then start to ask yourself, ‘Why Source would have made something of Itself in such a way. What would be the purpose?’ The purpose is to give you the opportunity to be your real self, your whole self, in spite of those circumstances. You must have a condition that you find unlovable before you can be unconditional love in the face of those circumstances. And you knew you could do it, and we know that you can do it, and certainly Source knows that you can do it. Do you know you can do it right now, however, is the question, and only you have the answer. And if you don’t think you can in any given moment, then certainly walk away from the subject and go do something, or see something, or smell something that will raise your vibration, that will make it easier for you to turn your attention back to the thing that you would like to love unconditionally. That is your work; that is the work of everyone there on Earth today. And you know that you are surrounded by challenges, but you also know that they are challenges that will make you more of who you really are when you face them. So don’t toss anything into the garbage bin, because it all has value for you, and it all is a part of this life experience that is meant to show you who you really are as Source Energy Beings. We are in the process of analyzing much data that we receive from moment to moment there on Earth, and we also have our nightly chats with those who come to us in the astral plane to discuss what is happening there on planet Earth and what is needed by humanity. We know that you have been accessing more of your spiritual gifts lately and that more and more people are presenting those gifts to the world. Be kind to those who are, and recognize that you are there to support in the physical the accessing of the spiritual gifts and abilities of others, and you will then be supported by others when you begin to put your gifts out there to be experienced by your fellow humans. And so, when someone is just starting out and needs some words of encouragement, give those words of encouragement. And if you find yourself in that position, and are one of the ones who needs words of encouragement, but there is no one around to give them to you, then please do accept ours. We also want you all to be able to support yourselves. We want you to be kind to yourselves and to recognize that wherever you are on your path is where you are meant to be right now. You are not where you are because you did something wrong, and you are not where you are because you didn’t try hard enough. You will always be in a place where there is more for you to access, and there will always be more growth for you to experience. Therefore, be very kind to yourselves and others as you explore the accessing and offering of your spiritual gifts. This is a big step forward for humanity. You don’t just have a few major religions there on your planet to choose from, and you don’t just have a few very prominent spiritual teachers to learn from. You have many more who are opening up to their gifts as healers, channelers, teachers, psychics and so on, and when you support those who are doing so, you do then ensure that you will be supported. And it is important for you to feel supported as you move forward into that territory that is filled with unknowns. Remember, again, that it will be a journey and that you will take many steps on that journey. Do your best not to get frustrated with yourselves as you find yourselves not quite where you would like to be with a particular gift or ability. Most people no matter where they are on their path do feel that they should be further along than they are. Now, if more of you can accept where you are in terms of how much you’ve been able to access and share, you will then find that you relax into the next up-leveling of whatever it is you are doing. And so, if you are just frustrated about how many people know about you and your work, you need to let that go. If you are frustrated about how many people are signing up to do readings or healings with you, you need to process that and let it go. You need to give yourselves permission to be where you are and give everyone else that same permission because those of you who are accessing those spiritual gifts and abilities are taking those very important next steps towards the evolution of consciousness that all of humanity requires. That is our assessment of where you are right now as a human collective, and we know that you will get to where you are going, but we just want to help you get there without having to beat yourselves up along the way. You don’t have to crack the whip on yourselves, and it doesn’t serve you to be hard on anyone else because of where they are on their journey either. “We are the Andromedan Council of Light, and we are very excited to be connecting with you in this way. You are coming to a point in your consciousness evolution where you are beginning to realize that you are not so separate after all. Now, you like recognizing that you are not separate from those like us who are high up in the stars and in higher-dimensional planes. And we appreciate that you look up to us, and the Pleiadians and Sirians, Arcturians and Lyrans. We also want you to consider that you are also very connected to the plant life, the animal life on your world. We want you to feel connected to the soil of your planet and to know that we are infusing our light and our love into those other kingdoms there on Earth. The plant, animal, and mineral kingdoms are very receptive to higher-frequency energies, and we are offering those energies all the time. We encourage you to get outside and commune with nature because we know that it is operating at a higher vibration than most of you are most of the time. Now, you do have the capacity to go very high in terms of your vibration and what you can connect to in the nonphysical, because you have those complex minds that tend to complicate things at times. But when you un-complicate it all and you get focused on receiving from what it is all around you and above you and within you, that’s when you start to get a glimpse of what it is like to be one with all, to be in a state of enlightenment. We are going to continue to use the planet that you are traveling through space on as a means of anchoring in our higher-frequency streams of consciousness, the deliveries that we have for all of you in human physical bodies. We know that it is easier to connect with the plant, animal, and mineral kingdoms at times, and that is because they are so uncomplicated. It is because they decided to incarnate with less complex minds that they are able to receive so well what you are all being offered. We also invite you to slow down and un-complicate yourselves and your lives as best you can. It is true that to someone who’s been staring at a screen all day, being outside, connecting to a flower, or a tree, or a deer, may seem far less exciting and far less interesting, but when you get grounded into your bodies and you can feel the shifts that occur within you when you connect to these beautiful beings, you will know that everything you need is contained in that moment where you are present and you are one with another consciousness, another being, another aspect of Source Energy that is there sharing their light with you. And we don’t want to leave out the rocks, and the soil and the sand. The crystals also fall into that category of the mineral kingdom, and you do like to surround yourselves with crystals when you are awake spiritually. You do have a realization that they too are containing lots of energy and a higher consciousness. You will be able to access more as you move forward, and you find more peace, love and harmony within yourselves. We know that you are capable of so much there on Earth, and we will continue to send you our light and our love directly, and we will see more and more of you opening up to us because we know that you like to connect to higher consciousness and extra-terrestrial beings. We also want you to recognize that you are surrounded by beings there on Earth who already have connected to higher consciousness and extra-terrestrial beings, and you benefit so much by their presence in your lives. We are very playful with the other beings and collectives that we associate with throughout the galaxy and universe. We are able to take that lighthearted approach with the other beings and collectives we come across because we know that they are not taking their existence seriously either. We know that they have nothing to worry about, and neither do we, and so the lighthearted approach seems appropriate. There is a lot of laughter, or our form of it, in the nonphysical. We discovered that as soon as we ascended into the nonphysical. The experience of so much joy is something that you all have to look forward to as you continue on with your ascension, but please do recognize that your ascension doesn’t have to be serious business from where you are right now. It can be fun, playful, and full of joy, laughter, and excitement about what is to come. Of course, there are serious things happening on Earth, and of course they get your attention from time to time and you cannot avoid hearing about them or reading them on your phone or computer screen. But you are there to be the light in the face of the darkness, and therefore, as you seek the lighthearted approach, you find yourself then becoming a match to lighter and better-feeling news. You find yourself aligning with a reality where there is less darkness to shine a spotlight on or to be the light in the face of. Remember that you are vibrating at all times, and what you vibrate will determine what you experience. And therefore, look for ways to have fun, to make light of your situation, your challenges, and you will bring those people to you who also want to take that path. There are many who do want spirituality to be less serious and more fun, and you can make a point of listening to those people, rather than following someone who is consistently giving you the doom and gloom report because you think you need to stay informed in order to be protected. The only thing you ever need protection from is your own vibration, and you have complete control over that. The moment you recognize that you do, you can go towards the light. You can move to that higher-vibrational state, and many of you know how to do that. Some of you are still remembering how, and that’s a process, but it is one worth giving your attention to. Think about the children and their approach to life. They want to play; they want to have fun; they want to laugh. They’re not interested in staying informed, but they will find a way to make something into a game or a toy, and you can learn a lot from watching them and how creative they are. When you hear a child laughing, it is one of the best sounds you can possibly experience there on Earth. We discovered that as soon as we ascended into the nonphysical. The experience of so much joy is something that you all have to look forward to as you continue on with your ascension, but please do recognize that your ascension doesn’t have to be serious business from where you are right now. It can be fun, playful, and full of joy, laughter, and excitement about what is to come. Of course, there are serious things happening on Earth, and of course they get your attention from time to time and you cannot avoid hearing about them or reading them on your phone or computer screen. But you are there to be the light in the face of the darkness, and therefore, as you seek the lighthearted approach, you find yourself then becoming a match to lighter and better-feeling news. You find yourself aligning with a reality where there is less darkness to shine a spotlight on or to be the light in the face of. Remember that you are vibrating at all times, and what you vibrate will determine what you experience. And therefore, look for ways to have fun, to make light of your situation, your challenges, and you will bring those people to you who also want to take that path. There are many who do want spirituality to be less serious and more fun, and you can make a point of listening to those people, rather than following someone who is consistently giving you the doom and gloom report because you think you need to stay informed in order to be protected. The only thing you ever need protection from is your own vibration, and you have complete control over that. The moment you recognize that you do, you can go towards the light. You can move to that higher-vibrational state, and many of you know how to do that. Some of you are still remembering how, and that’s a process, but it is one worth giving your attention to. Think about the children and their approach to life. They want to play; they want to have fun; they want to laugh. They’re not interested in staying informed, but they will find a way to make something into a game or a toy, and you can learn a lot from watching them and how creative they are. When you hear a child laughing, it is one of the best sounds you can possibly experience there on Earth. See yourselves as being perfect already, and see yourselves as being on a journey. It is a journey where at times you will swerve off the road, and at times you will try to avoid a pothole and hit it anyway. It is a journey where a little critter might run out in front of your car and get squashed. In other words, no matter how hard you try, you are not going to have a perfect journey, and you will not always do what is expected of you by others. You will not be able to avoid hurting someone else’s feelings from time to time. These things happen, and they are meant to happen because you are not there to have a perfect journey by your standards or anyone else’s. You are there to grow from the imperfections. You are there to get closer to one another because of your fights, your disagreements, and your struggles to get along. You are there to once and for all give up the idea that you are supposed to be something other than what you are. And when you can accept yourselves as you are, you can accept everyone else as well. You can let everyone else off the hook for not being perfect as well. You don’t have to condemn, judge, and jail everyone who has committed some sort of offense, because you all get to make your mistakes. You all get to have your bad days, and when you see them as opportunities to release something or forgive something, then you’re starting to get it. When you see everything as perfect as it is, even though it might look like a mess, then you are starting to see the world and each other as we see you. Those of us in the higher realms want you to know that your journeys are perfect as they are, and that you were meant to slip up at times so that you could forgive yourselves. You are meant to not have all the answers so that you can ask for help and receive it. It is important for you all to be exactly who you are, because you are a puzzle piece that is completing the puzzle of this universe, and you are also completing the puzzle that is Source Energy. That is why we are not here to tell you what to do or give you a list of rules to follow, and we are here to help you discover what is within yourselves to help you forgive, love, heal and have compassion. And we want you to know that you would only incarnate there on planet Earth if you had some level of mastery that you have already attained, because you knew how challenging it would be and you knew that others would be put there just to push your buttons. You knew that people would disagree with people on very important topics, and you knew that it would then become your task to love them anyway and see the Source Energy within them, and that is your task at this time, no matter who you are or who you’ve been. You are beginning to sense the importance of this lifetime and this time for humanity, and you are beginning to realize more and more that you don’t have to do it all yourselves. You are meant to come together as a team of lightworkers, and it is meant to be a collaborative effort. You also don’t have to solve all the problems of your own lives by yourselves, and you are beginning to recognize that not only do you have helpers in many forms and many dimensions, but you also are figuring out how to receive that help. We want you to know that when you unburden yourselves and take the weight of the world off of your shoulders, you often can and do receive the help that is there in all of the many ways that it can come to you. You may be looking down one corridor and one corridor alone for help to come to you down, and because you are so narrowly focused, you cannot see that there is help coming from another passageway over in a different direction than the one you have been looking in. The same is true in terms of what you are getting in regards to your spiritual gifts and abilities. You may think that you must have one in particular and it must come through one class, one course, one book, or one person, but there are many ways for you to receive the help that you desire with your spiritual gifts and abilities and your access to them. What you want to do is take that weight of the world off of your shoulders deliberately and consciously, and tell yourself that you don’t have to do everything. Remember that there are plenty of other lightworkers out there who do want to connect with you and coordinate with you. They do want to collaborate in all the ways that you do, but you’ll never know that unless you reach out to them or open up to the possibility of one or more of them opening up and reaching out to you. When you recognize that this is all your creation, then you also can rest assured that you are doing it all, but you are not meant to do it all through that one body or that one lifetime. You can receive a download that assists you with your spiritual gifts from a version of your soul that existed hundreds of years ago, a so-called past life. You don’t have to make everything happen, and you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. You are there to experience much more than you have been experiencing, but you are also there to change the way that you go about doing things, accomplishing things and receiving what it is that you want. So if you ask yourselves those questions of, ‘how can I change my approach to this?’ and ‘how can I receive more than I’ve been receiving,’ you can start to go down that path of self-reflection that will absolutely help you to identify the ways you are limiting yourselves and using a very narrow-minded approach to your life’s circumstances and the things you want to change within it. Relax and remember that you have soul family members in physical form that you have not met yet in this lifetime. Know that the number of helpers you have around you is far greater than you probably think it is, and realize that so much is already in motion that you don’t ever have to get anything started from a dead stop. You are there as the continuation of the expansion of your soul, which is a very large being and a very timeless being. Remember that you will always be taking the next step on your journey, and even when you don’t know what that step is, it is always there. And as you are willing to move forward with more faith and more trust, you can receive more help from above and from all around you to change the way you are living your lives and change for the better your world. And those are two things that are two things that are everyone’s purpose, no matter who they are and no matter what they are living. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are aware of the hurt that many people carry within themselves, and this hurt becomes resentment, anger and hate for the person, or people, responsible for whatever it is that is hurting the person in question. This leads to all sorts of problems in an individual’s life, and those problems manifest in a variety of ways. You can experience health issues, financial issues, or relationship issues, and some people experience all of the above, all of the problems stemming from that initial feeling of being hurt by someone else and not being able to get to the love that is at the core of each and everyone of us. You can feel the love that is at your core when you fall in love with someone else, and you can get together with that person and agree to partner up with that person, but eventually the hurt that normally obscures that love will come back, and it will come back up to be explored within that relationship. How do you heal from those wounds that you accumulate within you over years, or even decades, of being hurt by others? First of all, it helps if you can recognize, through spiritual awakening, that you planned to be hurt by that other person or by those people. If you can recognize that it was an agreement, that there was a contract involved, and that you signed the contract, then you can come to a place of acceptance. If you can accept what happened, and how you feel about it, and all the repercussions, then you can come to a place of forgiveness. When you forgive the others for what they did or said to you, you release so much in that moment that prevents you from being the love that you truly are at all times. Many of you who are awake still hold onto your resentment, your anger, and your judgment of those who have hurt you and those who hurt others, and therefore we understand that you need reminders like this that tell you that everything you’ve experienced, in the early part of your life especially, was planned. It was orchestrated by you and all others who were involved to give you a certain experience. Those experiences are necessary for everyone to come to the decision that they want to release that which is heavy, that which has been holding them back. So first you have to have an offense that will require you to accept and forgive, and that can be very hard for a person to come to recognize. It is hard to remember your set up, your blueprint for this life, and so you have to take the word of beings, and collectives like ourselves, who tell you that everything that happened to you was by agreement, and you were part of that agreement. When that does sink in, you then have a choice about whether you are going to continue to see yourself as a victim, or whether you can accept yourself as a co-creator. When you are a co-creator, you can forgive yourself and everyone else involved in the co-creation that resulted in you carrying that hurt, or those hurts, for so long within you. Forgiveness is freeing; it’s liberating, and it allows you to start anew in your life. When you are starting fresh without all of that trauma and all of those wounds, imagine what you can become. Imagine how much love you can access and how much of that love you can spread around. And know that when you do, you are accessing your true power. You are then putting yourself in a position where you can create such a beautiful life for yourself and all others who are a part of your life. This is what we desire for all of you, and this is why we give you this reminder of the power of forgiveness and the truth of who you are as eternal and infinite beings who existed before this incarnation and who will continue to exist forever and ever more. Only very powerful beings would ever agree to be as vulnerable as you are and to allow yourselves to be victims of abuse of any kind. It is time to claim your power, and the path to claiming it is letting go and forgiving all who have hurt you up until this point in your life. We suggest that you don’t get so caught up in how much you’re doing or what you’re accomplishing, how many people you are reaching. But instead, pay close attention to how you are reacting and responding to what is happening in your world and what is happening in the world, because you do have this ability to experiences it at a higher vibration than the circumstances would generally call for. That’s your strength. That’s your super power. It is not your ability to move mountains with your thoughts. It is not, and excuse us for saying this Yeshua, your ability to walk on water either. It is your ability to be your higher self in the face of that which is lower, vibrationally speaking, and could potentially pull you down into that lower vibrational state. Your willingness to not go there because you care so much about your vibration is commendable. It is something for you all to feel very proud of, and we recommend that you continue to notice the opportunities as they come up. You don’t need to shy away from any of these challenges, because you do ultimately want to experience the riding of the wave of that higher consciousness, and the only way you’re going to have those experiences of that higher consciousness is through experiencing those lower-vibrational circumstances. Anything can be seen through a more positive lens, and it can be given spiritual significance. You can find the meaning in everything that you are experiencing or witnessing, and you can grow from it. And those of you who are awake, of course, know this, and that is why you are able to receive this message. We just want to encourage you to keep it up, because we are noticing the spike in the overall vibration of the human collective consciousness, and we are very excited about seeing that spike.
