My warning on End to End Encryption may be a little late now as the UKlegislation has actually cleared the UK Parliament and is just awaiting Royal Assent. Then it is done. This will pass the liability for harmful content to the platforms and will pave the way for device content scanning that will override End-to-End encryption. Not theory anymore. Because of perceived inconveniences, many believe that having a de-Googled phone is impractical and will completely shun the idea.
