Dr. Peterson Pierre on the perverse incentives U.S. hospitals receive for 'COVID' patients

Here is a (non-exhaustive?) summary of the perverse incentives of U.S. hospitals:

(0. If I'm not mistaken, hospitals get paid for testing each patient for COVID.)
1. The CARES Act provides bonus payments to hospitals for each COVID 'diagnosis', which only requires a positive hyper oversensitive PCR test result. (WHO and other authorities have said literally that a positive test by itself is NOT a valid diagnosis.)
2. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services is waiving patients' rights.
3. A patient admitted with a positive hyper oversensitive PCR test result, leads to another bonus.
4. Patients treated with highly toxic, ineffective and obscenely profitable remdesivir (remdeathisnear) leads to still another bonus.
5. Yet another bonus is paid out if a patient is put on mechanical ventilation. Mechanical ventilation may be necessary as a last resort, but patients should refuse it at all costs if it can be avoided, because it's life threatening.
6. Hospitals get a 20% bonus if the primary cause of death mentioned on the death certificate is 'COVID', even though COVID may not have played any role in the death of the patient.
7. Coroners get bonus payments for each COVID body.

The estimated total bonus hospital patients receive for each 'COVID' patient is $100 000. Follow the incentives.
