This season stars Erika Jayne / Girardi (wife to famous lawyer Tom Girardi of Erin Brockovich fame, currently in scandal), Kyle Richards (child star in Halloween film franchise, upcoming Halloween Kills movie, sister of child actress Kim Richards, half sister to friend of show this season Kathy Hilton, the mom of Paris Hilton & wife to Hilton heir Rick Hilton), Lisa Rinna (actress married to actor Harry Hamlin who's daughter Amelia Hamlin is dating Scott Disick), Garcelle Beauvais (co-host of 'The Real' & actress), Crystal Kung Minkoff (wife of 'The Lion King' director Rob Minkoff), Dorit Kemsley & Sutton Stracke.

Season 11 focuses on Erika's lawsuit and divorce, Lisa Rinna's personal life with daughter in spotlight & her rebuilding friendship with Garcelle, Sutton & Crystal and Kyle & Garcelle on race relations, & more.

The episode starts with Delilah, Amelia & Eyal (Love Island star) at Lisa's where she says "Why can't it be Harry styles? Why the fuck is it Scott Disick?" Crystal hears Dorit feels Garcelle keeps coming for her and hits a breaking point after complimenting Crystal on Instgram cooking videos & a glimpse of Real Coco merchandise. Now at Erika's house, shares with Lisa how things are going, Kyle arrives to popping bottle of Rose taken from Tom's house when Erika moved out, Kyle opens birthday gift of faux fur, & Erika dismisses how some housewives still have reservations and questions surrounding Erika's divorce and lawsuit. On Rinna Beauty Launch day, Lisa shares horrible timing of launching lipsticks, a bug flies in Lisa Rinna's mouth, other girls arrive catching up about holidays where Kyle shares daughter Farrah ready for baby, & Erika orders the "no apologies" drink which Garcelle notices the irony. Tensions rise between Garcelle & Dorit at brunch where Dorit calls Garcelle a "bully" provoking a heated reaction from Garcelle upon Dorit bringing up her recent issues with Kyle & Erika. After trying to walk away, Garcelle returns to the table defended by Crystal over Erika's La Quinta meltdown over Garcelle repeating Tom calls her to the group leading to Sutton being aggressively shut down by Erika saying "you be quiet down there miss small town" & Garcelle ending with understanding what Dorit was trying to say. Kathy & Kyle then rehash their family drama over Kyle's show "American Woman" at Kathy's house over lunch.

Next episode (S11 E15) sees Dorit modeling outfits for PK, Sutton questioning Erika's "sham" divorce, Erika saying "you should feel lucky people know who the fuck you are", & Kathy hosting the women where Erika confronts Sutton.
