Notary Public Dallas Jones, Who Notarized The Absentee Ballots, Was Arrested And Charged With Voter Fraud.

During Her Hearing Jones Admitted To Violating Notary Duties.

In The Sixty-four-page Order The Judge Details The Evidence Of Fraud And Criminal Activity In How Absentee Ballots Were Handled, How Votes Were Counted, And The Actions Of People Working At The Polling Place.

In His Ruling The Judge Said That 78% Of Absentee Ballots Cast In The June Runoff Were Not Valid And Should Never Have Been Counted.

The Judge Also Said There Was Clear Evidence Of Voter Intimidation And Harassment At The Polling Place On Election Day.

A New Election Is Expected To Be Announced Soon.
