I explain what actual yakisoba is like while eating Buldak yakisoba.
There's the soba noodles, and somen noodles which are the same color as chicken. It is served with vegetables, cabbage, canned whelk, and a spicy and sweet sauce, served cold.
The Buldak Yakisoba version uses somen noodles, which shows the color is less brown than actual soba noodles which are murky brown when cooked.
