Pope Paul IV in Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio, Pope Innocent III and theologians teach that a heretical pope is deposed by God.
Bishop Schneider teaches the opposite, namely that even if the pope preaches whatever heresies, the Church cannot depose him, because he gets his office directly from God. But according to the dogmatic bull, such a heretical pope is deposed by God. This is evidenced by the statement of Holy Scripture: “If anyone preaches any other gospel, let him be accursed – anathema!” (Gal 1:8-9)
Quote from Pope Innocent III (1198): “The pope should not flatter himself about his power, nor should he rashly glory in his honour and high estate, because the less he is judged by man, the more he is judged by God. Still the less can the Roman Pontiff glory, because he can be judged by men, or rather, can be shown to be already judged, if for example he should wither away into heresy, because he who does not believe is already judged. In such a case it should be said of him: ‘If salt should lose its savour, it is good for nothing but to be cast out and trampled under foot by men.’”
In his statement, Innocent III emphasizes that if the pope falls into heresy, he is guilty of violating the truths of the faith that provide a guarantee of salvation. The Word of God says of him: “He who does not believe is already condemned.” Heresy denies the truths of faith and morals and is the cause of disbelief in these truths revealed to us by the Word of God. Pope Innocent III, for the case of a heretical pope, refers to Christ’s statement about salt, which loses its essence, saltiness, and is therefore cast out and trampled under foot. In other words, the heretical pope betrays the essence of the papal office, which is to protect the truths of faith and morals, and by promoting heresy he does the opposite. Therefore, he cannot hold Christ’s pastoral office. Because of heresy, he has ceased to be Christ’s shepherd.
St Anthony (1459): “In the case in which the Pope would become a heretic, he would find himself, by that very fact alone and without any other sentence, separated from the Church. A head separated from a body cannot be head of the same body from which it was cut off.”
Saint Anthony again emphasizes that a heretic excludes himself from the Church, that is, he is outside the Mystical Body of Christ and therefore cannot be its head.
St Francis de Sales (1622): “When the Pope is explicitly a heretic, he falls ipso facto from his dignity and out of the Church ...”
What does it mean that he is explicitly a heretic? It means that his heresies are not hidden, but public. Such a heretic is ipso facto deprived of his position, even without an ecclesiastical trial, because as a heretic he is not a member of the Body of Christ. As for Jorge Bergoglio, this statement also confirms that he is no pope, even though he continues to occupy the office. The solution in this situation is for the bishops and their dioceses to separate from him. If they do not separate, he will throw them out of office, install members of his heretical sect, and convert the entire Church into a New Age antichurch without any problem. All this through false obedience which, moreover, establishes a sodomite and idolatrous anti-gospel for everyone, everyone..., but through this anti-gospel also God’s anathema rests upon everyone who in the false obedience of papalatry betrays Christ and the way of salvation.
Wernz-Vidal’s Ius Canonicum (1943): “Through notorious and openly divulged heresy, the Roman Pontiff, should he fall into heresy, by that very fact [ipso facto] is deemed to be deprived of the power of jurisdiction even before any declaratory judgement by the Church.”
The canonists Wernz and Vidal repeat a truth held by the Doctors of the Church, which pursues the goal of protecting the truths of divine revelation given to us for salvation from a man who is a heretic and has usurped the papal office. Heresy contradicts the teachings of Christ. He who holds the office of Christ to protect the faith cannot abuse it to destroy the truths of faith and morals. If he does so, by that very fact – ipso facto – he is excommunicated from the Church and ceases to be pope. If he were not expelled, the result would be as it is seen now with pseudo pope Francis and the heresy of papalatry. People believe the most blatant nonsense, which is against reason, against the faith, against Holy Scripture, against the whole of Tradition, against the Holy Fathers and against conscience, and it is claimed that a heretical pope must not be deposed at any cost.
It is believed that one must obey a heretic and accept his heretical teachings and so follow him in false obedience, which is disobedience to God, to eternal destruction. Such is the absurdity that the heresy of papalatry is leading us to at the present time. It is therefore highly relevant to recall again the truths of the Fathers and of the sound canonists and to act consistently according to them. Bergoglio will not step aside willingly; therefore every true Catholic bishop with his diocese and every priest with his parish must separate from him, otherwise they are participating in a rebellion against God! They are forced to blaspheme Christ and accept satanic doctrine, and following Bergoglio’s example take as the norm his dedication to Satan and adopt sodomite and LGBTQ anti-laws instead of God’s law. Anyone who does not submit wholly to Bergoglio will not be allowed to hold any office in the Church which is occupied by this pseudo pope and his sect.
Udalricus Beste, Introductio in Codicem (1946): “Not a few canonists teach that, outside of death and abdication, the pontifical dignity can also be lost by falling into certain insanity, which is legally equivalent to death, as well as through manifest and notorious heresy. In the latter case, a pope would automatically fall from his power, and this indeed without the issuance of any sentence, for the first See [i.e. the See of Peter] is judged by no one. … The reason is that, by falling into heresy, the pope ceases to be a member of the Church. He who is not a member of a society, obviously cannot be its head.”
Insanity is mentioned as the equivalent of death. Notorious heresy has the same effect as insanity, i.e., it is legally equivalent to death. In this case, a pope automatically falls from his power without the issuance of any sentence. This case fully applies to the arch-heretic Jorge Bergoglio, who despite all this continues to occupy the papal office and will not voluntarily resign. Why? Because the heresy of papalatry has taken over the Catholic Church. That is why the pseudo pope can mock Scripture, Tradition, Church Fathers and canon law.
He has secured his power with a like-minded sect which supports him and which, moreover, will continue to occupy the papal office even after he dies. There has never been such a deterrent case in the history of the Church. Who is to blame? Those who, despite all his heresies, have not separated from him, and those who respect his rebellion against God and willingly allow themselves to be removed by him, vacating the office for members of his sect. The goal of his sect is to convert the entire Church into a New Age antichurch by abusing papal power.
Matthaeus Conte a Coronata, Institutiones Iuris Canonici (1950): “He who openly professes heresy places himself outside the Church, and it is not likely that Christ would preserve the Primacy of His Church in one so unworthy. Wherefore, if the Roman Pontiff were to profess heresy, before any condemnatory sentence he would lose his authority.”
How can the pope profess heresy? By verbal or written statements, gestures, deeds, or practical activities that promote heresy. All this applies to Jorge Bergoglio. It follows that he has already lost his authority before any condemnatory sentence, thus he is not a valid pope. St Alphonsus of Liguori confirms this fact by saying: “If God were to permit a pope to become a notorious and contumacious heretic, he would by such fact cease to be pope, and the apostolic chair would be vacant (sede vacante).”
To cling to an invalid pope and not want to separate from him is the fruit of the heresy of papalatry. The individual concerned, be he bishop, priest or simple believer, thereby betrays Christ and loses the hope of eternal salvation.
The faithful are disoriented when they hear in every Mass: “In union with Francis our Pope.” It is literally calling down a curse. This eventually manifests itself in spiritual blindness. In addition, the Holy Mass is being exploited to promote the arch-heretic Bergoglio as if he were a valid pope. Why is this so? Because priests and bishops are in the grip of fear. Some fear being dismissed, others have a pharisaical fear of losing their Catholic image and being vilified as so-called schismatics. Such an attitude is a tragic delusion. Why do they not have the saving fear for their souls and the souls entrusted to them? If Bergoglio is going to remove a bishop from the diocese, the bishop must not leave at any cost, not even at the cost of life. It is the only way to save the diocese from the ravening wolves of Bergoglio’s sect. He must stand his ground as the good shepherd, after the example of Christ, who gives his life for his sheep. It is time to throw off false fear and be prepared for the catacombs. No voluntary surrender of position!
Let at least ten priests in a diocese agree not to say the name of the heretic Francis. If the bishop removes them, let them not leave. The heroic virtue today is holy disobedience. This holy disobedience to the arch-heretic must be shown by every priest and bishop. Otherwise, they will either become traitors of Christ, or the pseudo pope will throw them out. Bergoglio will not budge an inch from his path of rebellion against God. He is not afraid to kill souls, and you are afraid to save souls? Jesus says: “There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s – and Christ’s – friends.” A courageous bishop will stay with his diocese and not submit to a heretic. This process of radical separation from the greatest enemy of Christ and his anti-church must begin at last! Otherwise the whole Church will gradually be converted into a synagogue of Satan. The blame for this would fall on you, cowardly bishops and priests, who stifle your conscience with the heresy of papalatry.
