I have to say, Im blown away by the DJI Air 2S. The 1-inch image sensor and large pixels really make a difference in the quality of the photos and videos.
The 5.4K/30fps and 4K/60fps capabilities are impressive, and the footage looks incredibly sharp and vibrant. One of the standout features for me is the Mastershots.

Whether youre filming a moving object or want to create dynamic shots around a specific point, the DJI Air 2S has got you covered. I also appreciate the 10-bit Dlog-M color profile, which allows for recording up to one billion colors.
This means that the footage retains all the little details and nuances, resulting in incredibly rich and vibrant visuals. The video transmission on the DJI Air 2S is top-notch.
With DJIs advanced O3 image transmission technology, I never experienced any lag or interference. The image feed was consistently smooth, clear, and reliable, even when flying at longer distances.
Obstacle avoidance is another standout feature. The DJI Air 2S can perceive its environment in four directions, actively avoiding obstacles in complex scenarios and at high speeds.
This gave me peace of mind while flying, knowing that the drone was smart enough to avoid any potential collisions. In terms of portability, the DJI Air 2S is even smaller and more easily portable than its predecessor, the Mavic 2 Pro.
This makes it incredibly convenient to take on my outdoor adventures without sacrificing the quality of the footage. While I initially had some concerns about the fixed aperture, I havent encountered any issues so far.
