In March to the Majority. We tried to explain in detail this is how we did it. For 16 years, we worked to grow a Republican majority. And when we won in 1994 with the Contract with America, we were standing on Ronald Reagan's shoulders. He had proposed welfare reform running for governor in 1965. We finally passed it in 1996. People went back to work by the millions. Children suddenly found that their parents were working. Incomes were going up. It was the best program for taking children out of poverty ever in American history. I believe we can do those things again. And that's why I think that March to the Majority is such an important book.
