In this livestream I'll be discussing emotional regulation and building resilience.

Emotional regulation refers to the process of effectively managing emotional experiences, expressions, and responses. It involves the ability to recognise, understand, and control one's emotions in a way that promotes well-being and healthy functioning. Emotional regulation encompasses various aspects, including the awareness of emotions, the ability to tolerate and manage distress, and the skill to respond to emotions in a socially appropriate manner.

Resilience refers to the ability to adapt and bounce back in the face of adversity, challenges, or stressful situations. It is the capacity to recover and regain one's equilibrium after experiencing setbacks, failures, or difficult circumstances. Resilience is not a fixed trait but rather a skill that can be developed and strengthened over time.
