Will there ever be any Justice in America?

The Lord will have them all in derision

Psalms 82 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. (Earthly elohiem judges)
2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked?
Selah. (Addressed to earthly Judges who are on the take)
3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. (Because of unrighteous judges)
6 I have said, Ye are gods; (Earthly elohiem) and all of you are children of the most High.
7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. (Because you have become corrupt Judges)
8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations. (Deliver us from corrupt judges)

John 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? (Gods possession) Are you a god? or are you GOD’s possession?
35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; (Again a reference to Gods ownership of all souls)
36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
39 Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,

The implication being; we are GOD’S possession and because of that we ought to judge righteously if we are appointed as judges. But as Christians we are not to judge one another or cast stones either. Judges are not above the Law. There is only one Righteous Judge that has actually been appointed by YHVH and that is Jesus Christ.

Psalms 84 is speaking to judges who are in the capacity of an appointed judge in civil or criminal proceedings. This is not directed at Christians who are not appointed to an official capacity.
Not all Christians are judges and all judges are not Christians.
The essence of Christ’s teaching in John 10 is; Jesus Christ is God’s possession and so are we. We are not little gods or little judges running around judging everybody.

Isaiah 26:2 Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in. Zachariah 8:16 These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates: 17 And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD

Amos 5:15 Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate:

Proverbs3:27 Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.

Ecclesiastes 5:8 If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.

Derision
Psalm 2:4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.
Psalm 44:13Thou makest us a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and a derision to them that are round about us.
Psalm 59:8 But thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision.
Psalm 79:4 We are become a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and derision to them that are round about us.
