When you begin your comms journey within, it can be confusing and its seems hard to fully trust yourself. You also don't want to 'think' you're going crazy... Try to stay calm and re-member that you are not only deprogramming yourself from so long in density programming against just that: you communicating with your spirit, your Soul levels; but you are also incorporating and integrating fragments of your factualized self - which is now healing.
The healing and 'coming back to wholeness' part of the journey is the fun part! So much joy awaits you! After the painful purges and recognition of the harm you yourself may have caused, taking full ownership for all your actions and truly becoming sovereign; embracing self-forgiveness is the best signal for when things start to change to proper and true alignments, and so many synchronicities that it will blow your mind and heart so wide open to receive the light of your Soul. Yes, this is a personal soul journey back home; back to who you truly are - all that you are becoming right now!
