EFT (Tapping) Letting go of Embarrassment and moving into Confidence.

My Name is Kolae Perkins. I am an EFT and footzone practitioner, I am also a frequency uplifter.

My Vision for you is to Step out of the fear of being you, To see the Divine inside you.

I did a meditation for embarrassment earlier this week. I used the same definition, I think it's so important I wanted to put it in here as well: Allows me to be human, it allows me to recognize that I'm not perfect. that I fall down and it gives me an opportunity to laugh at myself.

I love that because so often we get stopped by our embarrassment. When that happens we move down into guilt and then into shame.

If we can recognize embarrassment as a moment in time and laugh at ourselves. Then move on without going back to it, we will be so blessed,

I'm so glad to be here with you today. We will be doing EFT to remove the energy of the emotion of embarrassment. We will be tapping on the small intestine meridian.

Repeat with me, while tapping: I have an attachment to embarrassment

Even though I have this attachment that connects me to guilt and shame.

I love and accept myself completely,

With infinite love and gratitude

I release, and forgive.

I Want to Hold Your Hand Exhale out, hold the air out and breath back in

Look inside your body and feel the energy of embarrassment. Where is it for you?

I'm feeling it is on my right side under my rib cage in the spleen area.
The problem with me feeling it there in the spleen, is my spleen is the filter for my blood.

You know what happens is that the blood gets this embarrassment energy and moves it through my body.

What I want you to do is see where it is in your body. Where do you feel? Now scan down through your body,starting at your head. Go all the way down all the way down your chest, to your stomach, to your hips, down your leg, to your knees, down to your ankles, and out past the toes, don't forget your arms.
When you find it, start tapping on it until you feel the energy release.

We have one more thing that could stop our energetic connection to our confidence.

This comes through emotions from our ancestors. I want to tap that out right at the crown of my head. I want you to be right on the edge of the back of the head tapping.

Please say as you are tapping:
Even though I have an inherited emotion.
I love that except myself complete
I love and accept myself
I released and forgive

I want you to hold that spot, exhale and hold the empty space.

Just imagine the energy of embarrassment being taken into the Sun and that Jesus Christ will take it from you.

He loves you and he doesn't want you to continue to hold on to it.

It doesn't help you, it's not serving you anymore and we're so grateful that we have the atonement and the opportunity to have him release it.

Now put your fingers on your forehead, touching your eyebrows and tap all the way back as far as you can reach.

Saying, “ I have confidence, I can do many things, and learn all things.I have confidence.

I'm so happy that you did that with me.
