South Africans share with Shabnam Palesa Mohamed devastating severe adverse effects after taking the C19 shots. Attaqua Herandien took the injection because of big pharma, government and media fearmongering. Rooksana Reyazuddin took the shot so she could perform a religious pilgrimage awarded to her.

Suffering extreme physical and cognitive effects, they describe medical gaslighting, abuse and failures in both the private and public health care system. Both women share their fears about living normal healthy lives with their families, and cannot work. Attaqua survived apartheid's forced removals, may lose her the house she is living in with her children, and is preparing her will. An emotional Rooksana describes how her body is attacking itself with most local doctors unable or unwilling to help her.

Both survivors empathise with the majority of South Africans who can't do the research on adverse effects, and they reject mandated or coerced shots. They challenge the South African government, which they believe betrayed them, to tell the truth, and to accelerate urgent compensation for victims and survivors.
