I mean I'm just being honest here. You couldn't even pay me to hang out with you. I got goals to get to and you're all way too fucking lazy to keep up with me so I'll get there by myself. All of you hide behind fake profiles when attacking me. You somehow think that me knowing who you are is going to mean something to me. The only thing that I get out of this is that you don't want me knowing who you are because if I did know who you are that would mean I know how you spend your free time. You all know you are wasting your time but you have no motivation to do anything but give in to the weaknesses brought on to your heard by your cowardice, envy, jealousy, etc. The only possible way to explain the amount of hatred I received on a daily basis is that you hate your own self and you want to bring me down to your level of inability and fear. The only thing that I really think about all of the hatred I have thrown at me is that this explains how you got in the situation you are in. You have time to stalk me and attempt to berate and mock me but you don't have time to study anything I share with the world which has proven to have made my life better. I cannot imagine being such a terrible human being that I get angry at a person who does nothing but share information that can make your life better through either better living habits or gaining a greater understanding of the world around me. I have taken every single piece of information I have ever shared online to learn from. I struggle to comprehend how you fail to do the same. I can take the same exact information that changed my life and show it to the vast majority of people and all they will do is either call me a piece of shit, or they will say they don't have any free time to research this incredibly important information. Then they will go back to sitting on their phone for an average of 9 hours a day. Every single person who reads this spends averages out to spending 9 hours a day on their phone staring at their screen. But somehow they just keep getting fatter and dumber. I don't get it. I can take the exact same information that I give you and change my entire life for the better with it. But somehow all you can do is take that information, not use it, and then scream at me about how I'm a piece of shit. It's truly amazing to watch when I can literally see you all getting fatter and uglier with every passing year. If there is anything at all that is most surprising about this its the fact that you can actually watch my life unfold and only grow to hate me more. It's not really surprising because this is human nature. It's human nature to be evil. so evil is what you will all be. I see it on a daily basis. The inherant evil within the soul of man is why the american constitution is so incredible. It made it so that the non evil people of the world can arm themselves against the evil people of the world. "All political power emanates from the barrel of a gun". Exercise is easily one of the worst things you can do to yourself if you have not provided your body with the nutrition it needs to maintain and repair its bone matrix. If you believe in any way whatsoever that better health can be derived from exercise you have been deeply brainwashed. The only way that exercise can be deemed to be good for your body is if you have taken care of at least 90 other nutrient cofactors the body is required to get every single day in order to be able to make the claim that exercise is not damaging your body. If you are not feeding the body what it needs to repair, regrow, and maintain ligaments, bones, joints, tendons, cartilage, and all parts of the skin that make up connective tissue systems then exercise is damaging your body. None of you are doing this. None of you even know how to do this. The same thing goes for your trace mineral stores. So as I wore it down further and further I began to have more pain that wouldn't subside for anything. To the point where if I got out to play basketball I would be sore for the entire next week and thus had to give up the sport. that is until I found out about dr joel wallach and his message.
