Run Faster with Fartlek and Tire Flips | EP: 3 of "RUN FASTER!"

Two weeks into my 6-weeks of training to get my 1-mile run time down to 5:00 or better. Today's workout calls for a 40 minute Fartlek run and a "leg burnout" circuit (two versions will be included in the program, I opted for the tire flips version).I did my best to go into detail about how Fartlek runs work, and what sort of benefit they provide to your running regime. I also go into detail on proper tire flipping form, and how the other exercises should be conducted. The circuit is done immediately after the run as part of the optional (but highly recommended) strength training that goes along with the running program.
