On this visit, I experienced the beauty of Spring a couple of weeks after the previous episode. The leaves are just starting to unfurl on the tree branches, Spring flowers are beginning to bloom, and wildlife activity is increasing. The trip includes the entire journey in the video, and you can use the chapter links below to see specific highlights of the trip. So sit back and enjoy the scenic relaxation and ambient sounds (ASMR), or go along with me on your home exercise equipment.

📍Starting Point - Blair Woodland Natural Area:
Located near Blair Bridge in Campton, NH, Blair Woodland Natural Area offers parking and a network of trails leading down to the Pemigewasset River with a nice swimming hole and a view of Blair Bridge.

🚲 The Bike Ride:
Our scenic route takes us 21.2 miles, with about 1,700 ft of climbing for the entire loop. It's a hilly ride with a long stretch on unpaved roads, so a gravel bike or mountain bike is recommended. The majority of the route between Bog Pond and Quincy Bog is unpaved, adding an element of adventure to the trip. We also visit two covered bridges along the way!

📍Quincy Bog Natural Area: https://quincybog.org/
Upon reaching Rumney, you'll find the Quincy Bog trails access point. The walk around the bog, at an easy pace with time for sightseeing, took about 45 minutes.

🥾 The Hike:
The trail at Quincy Bog is a flat, 1-mile loop that wanders partially in the woods and partially across boardwalks. It offers plenty of opportunities to observe local wildlife. There's a short spur trail that goes up in elevation slightly to a ledge with a lovely view of the entire bog.
