20 MINUTE INTENSE ADVANCED LEG DUMBBELL WORKOUT
A well-rounded leg exercise routine should squeeze every muscle in your lower body. This workout is designed to hone in on the outer thighs, hamstrings, and calves, while keeping your inner thighs and hips limber and flexible. In this video I show you a 20-minute advanced leg workout designed for anyone looking to increase their strength and sculpt tone opposing muscle groups.
The intensity of this workout is as much cardiovascular as it is strength training. This workout would be great for a lunchtime muscle burn! I have filmed six of my favorite leg exercises and added them to a circuit format to create the 20-minute workout that you see above. The point of this routine is to work on your range of motion and build up strength in the muscles that are being exercised. This will elongate your muscles, making them more flexible, and decrease your chance of injury by not incorporating shorter movements into your daily routine.
