"The Plaintiffs sue the Defendants, and each of them, for egregiously violating the constitutional and civil rights of the Plaintiffs, among other things. "
The Pawlowski family is set to have a press release tomorrow at noon at the Calgary courthouse.
The defendants in the lawsuit are as follows:
His Majesty the King in Right of Alberta,
the Attorney General of Canada,
Alberta Health Services,
Mark Neufeld (Chief of Police)
Calgary Police Service,
the City of Calgary,
Canada Post Corporation,
and several unidentified individuals referred to as John/Jane Doe CPS Officers, RCMP Members, and others, as well as AAA Government Organizations and BBB Companies Limited.
